WE BELIEVE:

 

 

     -GOD is one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in

       three persons--Father, Son and Holy Spirit.   As a spiritual Father He cares, He                 hears and answers prayers.

 

     -JESUS is the Son of God, born of a virgin and the only Savior of mankind through

       His death, burial and resurrection.

 

     -HOLY SPIRIT is the One Who draws us toward God and salvation, given to us as the

       guarantee of our salvation, gifts each believer for ministry within the Church, and

       empowers our prayer.

 

     -MAN (men and women) was created in the image of God, and holds a unique place

       in creation.  All have sinned and need the salvation found only in  Jesus.

 

     -THE BIBLE is God's inspired Word and the final authority for all disciples.

 

     -SALVATION is found in no one other that Jesus's death, burial and resurrection,

      offered to man by grace and obtained through faith that demonstrates itself by

      obedience to God's commands.

                                            -Trusting in Him as the only One Who is able to save (Acts 4;12)

                                            -Turning away from sin (II Corinthians 7:10)

                                            -Confessing Him as Lord (Romans 10:9-10)

                                            -Being Baptized (immersed) in water (Acts 2:38)

                                            -Living in obedience to His commands (I John 2:3-6)

 

     -THE CHURCH is a people, not a building and the family of God on earth to which

       people are added upon their salvation.  The Church as the Body of Christ exists to

       obey God, love and serve one another and to take the Good News of Jesus to the

       world around them.

 

    -COMMUNION is observed weekly to remember and celebrate what Jesus

       accomplished for us on the cross.
